The time has come...

to give you all a new chance to win the game. All data has been reset :
  • Ressources have been reset
  • Battles and army experience removed
  • Stock exchange market rates have been reset
  • Alliances have been broken
  • Alliance specific forums have been removed
  • All research and upgrades have been reset to default values
  • All players are back at Stone Age
You can rebuild your civilization from scratch, create alliances, prepare plans to defeat your enemies...

Game Reset on 1rst of May

You read it correctly:
The game will be reset on the 1rst of May!

We will also open it to public so as to have more players.

Please note the following information :
  • Dual accounts will be removed
  • All alliances will be broken
  • Alliance forums will be reset

I will be posting information about this in a few public forums to gather more players in the game

I'd like to thank all those who have already helped a lot in testing, bug reporting & stuff.

The time players reach modern age after the game reset will leave me time to balance things out a little more and avoid having total chaos caused by 1 player (someone's looking at your Wlodek ;)

Battle system update & stock exchange

A few more changes have occured in the game engine :
  • An issue with army attack / defense upgrades was raised. When defense was upgraded to 100%, the defending army could never be inflicted damage (instead of just having damage devided by 2)
  • When sending troops to battle, a new "wait time" has been added to the game to take into account preperation of soldiers in addition to their march to the battlefield. An attack casted on a target player will only lead to a fight after this new transition, which has been set to a default of 8 hours
  • The Stock Exchange has been added to add interactivity to the game. This lets you convert money for ressources or ressources for money. An exchange rate is calculated depending on ressource availability and a tax is taken depending on your evolution age (5% for Stone Age, 10% for Middle Age, 15% for Modern Age)

Everything takes time....

Well more and more things are time consuming now :
  • Training a soldier now takes 3 hours
  • Transfering ressources between alliance players takes time too (4 hours)


This means you will need to anticipate more for defense, since you will need 7 hours to receive funds from an ally and train new soldiers with these funds...

The next step will be handling time on battles. Marching to combat or calling soldiers to retreat will make you loose time too !!!!
